The Trusted Servants Report portion of this month's meeting is hereby closed.

 

We had planned to move to discussing a resume for one of the At-large SC positions, but that resume has been withdrawn so we are moving to the next item on the agenda.


The next item on the agenda is a discussion of moving the Business Meeting to a quarterly schedule (every third month) instead of every other month. This was an archived BM agenda item that Steve had brought forward. The SC discussed this at our last zoom call and wanted to bring this item to the BM this month. The basic gist of our reasoning is that having the BM every other month is a lot of work on our end. And not just for the Secretary as the entire SC is involved in discussions of the agenda and then we have internal discussions throughout the BM as needed to discuss things that come up. It takes a lot of bandwidth. So we thought it was worth bringing this to you all to see what you think about this idea. Steve, since this was your idea originally, please add your reasoning.


The floor is open for discussion on the subject of whether to move the BM to a quarterly schedule.

 

We will discuss this for at least the next week, until the end of the day November 16th.
