Thank you Steve and Jenel.  We now have a motion that we will discuss for the next week. 

Note that this discussion is not around the intent of the motion as that was discussed during the KBDM phase this last week. Rather, this is where we can discuss if we want the wording changed to clarify the intent or make it easier to understand, etc.
