Hi Missy,

I think that was a typo and one I didn't notice, so thanks for pointing 
that out! We do want this to take effect in January 2024! I would like 
to amend the motion so that it would read:

"I move that routine ASP Business Meetings be held on a quarterly basis
starting in January 2024.  Should the need for a special Business 
Meeting
that cannot wait for the next regularly scheduled Business Meeting, the
Steering Committee may elect by a simple majority, to hold a Special
Business Meeting for the sole purpose of addressing said single special
need.  Members of the Steering Committee are not required to present 
their
usual staff reports at Special Business Meetings unless a specific staff
report is directly related to the issue of the Special Business 
Meeting."
