Hi Tori,

We do not have business meeting minutes. Instead, we use the business 
meeting archives as a record of the business meeting. Implementing 
business meeting minutes has been brought up occasionally and we have 
not chosen to make minutes for a couple reasons. One, it puts more work 
on the Secretary and two (and most important), it introduces bias 
(however unintentional) on how to interpret discussions that were had in 
the BM. And that means that it can lead to controversy. Whereas using 
our business meeting archives is unbiased and uncontroversial.
