Ok, take two with hopefully working links! I copied them into a new 
browser and they all worked for me. Fingers crossed they work when they 
come through the server.

Hello everyone,

I am keeping track of a few measures of our membership and share them 
every meeting.  This information can be useful in seeing the health of 
ASP and to spot any significant movements up or down. Here are some 
graphs:

1. The number of members at ASP as of March 31, 2024 is 240.

2. The number of people who unsubscribe each month.

3. The number of unique people who share each month.

4. The number of shares/day (the total shares per month divided by the 
number of days in the month). This is the only one I can easily gather 
historical numbers on, so this goes back to January 2019. This starts at 
January 2019 (1/19) then goes to January 2020 (1/20), etc. each dot is 
one month in the year. The last 2 dots on the right are February and 
March 2024.

A few notes:

* I am going to send a separate email reporting on the server purge. 
That is the reason the number of members in March 2024 goes down to 240.

*For the number of people who unsubscribe, I excluded the people that I 
unsubscribed in the server purge. This graph represents the # of people 
who left on their own in March.

*Now that we have done the purge, we have an accurate count of the 
people who actively read shares - 240. Of these, approximately 120-140 
members share each month.

At the last business meeting, a couple people were interested in knowing 
what days of the week have the most and least shares per day. I didn't 
have the bandwidth to do a deep dive into this question. But I did pick 
a random week in February and counted the # of shares each day. And I 
actually counted the # of shares on the topic of the day - so if someone 
shared on the Sunday topic on Tuesday, I still counted it as a "Sunday" 
share.  This is what I found:

Sunday: 46
Monday: 34
Tuesday: 38
Wednesday: 30
Thursday: 46
Friday: 43
Saturday: 37

Please let me know if there are any other metrics that you would find 
useful to keep track of over time or any questions about the ones I 
shared.
