Thanks for showing us that example Steve.

I didn't like having to open each share as an attachment. I can't imagine
that would help newcomers feel less overwhelmed, and I think it might make
people more apt to NOT read the shares. Or read and not share.

I still think that separating our meeting into 7 daily meetings with a
start time listed with WSO  is a valid way to make ASP more visible in
searches, and also to allow newcomers some flexibility in the amount of
emails they receive.

I heard one of the SC voicing concerns about the time involved in making
these changes. Wondering what the other SC members' thoughts are on the
time commitment to bring about the changes?
