Hello all,

I am a bit late to this discussion as I was gone last weekend, and a long
work week followed.

*24/7 vs. meeting times. *As long as this option doesn't increase our need
to provide GRs and CMAs, I think it is worth a shot to increase our
visibility.

*Daily subscriptions. *I think this is an interesting idea, but maybe not
something to implement right away.

*Digest model.* On  my computer I like this. Easier to scan and read what I
want! On my tablet, not as much. It downloads each entry. I do
remember feeling very overwhelmed by the number of shares as a newcomer.
Back then, mid-COVID there could be 70 in a day. It took me a while to be
"okay" with deleting large numbers of emails I had not read. Now, I scan
through them. Read some, reply to some with hearts and/or comments and
delete some. Maybe changing our instructions could help?

*Website*- I may be able to help in this arena to a small degree. What is
the hosting platform? I use Word Press for work and Weebly/Square in
another 12-step organization. Right now the organization likely makes sense
for the SC, but I tend to struggle to find the information I am looking for
and I've been coming to business meetings a few years now.

Of these 4 topics, I think the most important are the listing times and
possibly the digest/change in instructions so newcomers know it is okay to
delete unread emails. While I know it is not the prefered model for ASP, I
have a separate email for ASP. There is always a meeting waiting for me on
my tablet! 😀
