For me the bottom line is that Anne needs help. The SC has been given the autonomy in past meetings to bypass normal procedures to fill positions. We now have an at-large position filled. Until there can be some consensus at the business meetings, my belief is that discussions amongst the SC should take place about how to help ease Anne’s challenges to get to all of the meetings.
