Hi ASPers:
Step 3 is still the very hardest for me.  The first sentence from the
reading that said "our help comes from HP" got my attention because I know
that, yet I still tend to think that my HP can still use my help.  I just
quite cannot fully let go.  The CAL also referred to 'vigilence' and that
is definitely true for me. When I am vigilent about what I'm doing - trying
to take control or tell HP what to do and how to do it, I can do better.
I'm just not always on top of that.  I was raised that "God helps those who
help themselves" and I still hear that drum beating.  I know it works to
let go - it works better and often in ways I certainly had not thought of,
yet I continue to slip with this step.  The physical action of uplifting my
arms to the sky, symbolically letting go, helps remind me and does settle
me - again, when I do it!  I'm ever a work in progress and grateful for
this program,
