[Businessmtg] Voting on At-Large Member position

Hello everyone,

We will now have an election for Marilyn to one of the At-large 
positions on the Steering Committee, which is a 6 month position that 
would be effective August 1, 2024.

Voting will be open for one week and will close at the end of July 21st. 
While voting is open, the business meeting will be put on moderation so 
that no emails can be sent during this time. I will open the meeting 
back up on July 22nd. Please note that an election passes with 67% of 
Business Members voting YES. Voting to Abstain or not voting is 
essentially the same as voting no.
