[Businessmtg] More on Alternate Group Representative

Hello all,

I am partially following the issue.  From what I am hearing, we currently have a temporary GR whose term is almost up, and we are trying to get an Alternate GR position established.    To me, it would make sense to fill the GR position permanently first then the alternate GR, unless I am missing something.  I am in agreement with having a Alt GR position.

I am unclear if the GR is on the Steering Committee because I thought they were the GR  for our group and they go to District meetings, then bring back information to the group.    An alternate GR would be great to fill in when the GR is out.    My service manual is dated 2014 - 2017, so I am not up to speed on any changes. Is there a current online book?
