Hi BM folks,

    As the Greeter Chair for 1.5 years so far and member of the SC I have
to say that it has been a very positive experience for me.   I had never
been on a SC and was always asking questions. I was very quiet at my first
several meetings and I am still always learning.   When asked directly for
my opinion about a certain subject quite often I had to say that I didn't
have one because I had no experience.  I am open to change and happy to
listen to a different way of doing things.  And sometimes when I think I
have an opinion but hear the pros/cons, and others opinions I have changed
my mind.    I have learned so much from our small group and I honestly look
forward to our periodic Zoom meetings.  We really need more group
involvement mostly because the same founders have been doing multiple jobs
for too long.   I believe that for the health of our group more involvement
would be beneficial.  Yes, we are going to disagree on some things and
things don't always turn out the way we think they should but personally I
have learned a lot from being a part of the SC and I am happy to be a
member.

   As far as a Group Inventory, I have never been involved in one and I
don't know what it entails.   I will look at those links that Lynne posted
asap.
