Hi everyone,

I read through the emails on this topic and it seems like we have had 3 
suggestions (listed in order of when they were suggested):

1. Reduce the time of service for elected trusted servant positions from 
3 years to 2 years to reduce one barrier to service.

2. Perform a Group Inventory. It was unclear to me if this was meant for 
the Steering Committee or the Business Meeting or the Recovery Meeting. 
Also who would lead this process.

3. Add attendance of, and participation in, Business Meetings for a 
period of time (12-18 months or other) as an alternate qualification 
pathway for elected trusted servant positions to reduce a barrier to 
service.

We still have time to discuss this topic if you would like to weigh in 
on any or all of these 3 suggestions or have other input.
