[Businessmtg] Fw: Business - Archiving shares

I trust the members of the group to protect my anonymity. However, I also
know that once I make an electronic record of something, either via email
or even a file on my own computer, that is a permanent record. Someone
skilled in computer forensics could always retrieve information from my
computer, even after I've deleted it. I suppose I view it as personal
responsibility. If I said it, I have to be willing to accept the
consequences of having said it.

Thus, I don't have great concerns about the ASP archive of shares. Whatever
the rest of the group decides to do is fine with me.

I do wonder how deleting older shares would work for our trusted servants.
Is there merely a setting to be changed once that deletes shares after "x"
number of days? Or would this create an undue burden for someone to log in
monthly and purge older shares? To me it would seem unreasonable to add an
additional task to our SC who are already wearing multiple hats.

Thanks for reading,
Marilyn
