[Businessmtg] Saving shares

Good morning, All,   All of the input provided thus far has been really helpful to considering this issue.  I was not aware that shares were saved until I started attending business meetings. The fact that members are not aware is a concern for me, it feels like a lack of transparency which could harm trust. I agree with limiting saving shares to 30 days, and hopefully it can be easily done by our leadership using the system’s settings. I also would propose the general membership is notified, and then new members are notified when they join.
