Based on Anne's share, I can see that deleting individual shares is technically problematic under our current system, though it is not impossible.

I'm wondering if shares could be deleted in blocks, based on time of post.   If that is feasible, the shares could be maintained for a period of time, 30, 60,90 days and then be deleted in groups of selected date ranges. Business meeting shares would not be deleted on this schedule.   That information can then be clearly posted for members.

Since we are nearing the end of this month's business meeting, perhaps we can delay a final decision until January when Anne can report on the information in the pamphlet that she has ordered, and our List Administrator can consult with the hosting company and other email meetings about our technical options.
