Good evening, All,Thank you Lynne, for the information and follow up.  Considering what we know from the server administrator, I propose that we clear the archive and no longer maintain the archive. (Or perhaps the motion already has been made. I second it, if that’s our process)If this is approved, all members can be notified and members who have issues with receiving ASP emails can get a back up plan. It can also be communicated to membership that we will not have access to archived shares to resolve issues regarding content of shares. As far as the health of ASP, perhaps there are other ways to determine the health of the meeting(?) If we are able to get all of our steering committee positions filled, that could be an indicator of good health.  I recall that we have a couple hundred members and a significantly smaller percentage actually share. I’m not sure that keeping the archive to determine data for ASP is a reason alone to maintain it (not that that was the suggestion). Looking forward to hearing/learning from others,Jenel
