Hi everyone,

That concludes the staff reports. We will now move on to the next agenda
item. Which is the discussion of multiple resumes for the elected
trusted servants. You can find more information about the various
elected trusted servant positions at these websites.

We have FOUR applications for the Business Meeting to review this week.
That is a lot! We want this week to be focused on your questions to the
applicants. Feel free to also direct questions at the Steering Committee
about the positions themselves if you want clarification on what they
do, etc. When you ask a question, please make sure that you indicate who
the question is for.

The candidates:

Sheila for Treasurer

Cathryn for Member-At-Large

Tammy for List Administrator

Kathleen for Group Representative

I do want to note that the Steering Committee used Motion 25
(https://asp-afg.org/members/group-conscience/) to bring the resumes for
Sheila and Kathleen to the BM. They both served as a daily chair at ASP
one time, but did not have the 1 year of ASP service that is required to
stand for the elected trusted servant positions. The SC met with each
candidate by zoom and unanimously decided to bring their resumes to the
BM for your consideration.

I want to thank all four candidates for volunteering to serve ASP as an
elected trusted servant!! They all answered the call to serve when ASP
desperately needed volunteers!

I will be sending another email directly to your emails (not through the
server) that contains their resumes as Word attachments.

This discussion will last until the end of April 14th. We will then hold
a vote.

Hugs,

Lynne
