[Businessmtg] Election for Group Representative

Hello everyone,

We will now have an election for Kathleen to the Group Representative, 
which is a 3 year position that would be effective May 1, 2025.

Voting will be open for one week and will close at the end of April 
22nd. While voting is open, the business meeting will be put on 
moderation so that no emails can be sent during this time. I will open 
the meeting back up on April 23rd. Please note that an election passes 
with 67% of Business Members voting YES. Voting to Abstain or not voting 
is essentially the same as voting no.
