[Businessmtg] Elected Trusted Servant Vacancies

Hi everyone,

We have the following vacancies on the steering committee.

      * Secretary
      * Treasurer
      * Group Representative
      * At-Large Member (x1)

*As of 5/1/25, we will also have the List Administrator position vacant. 
That means that as of 5/1/25, FOUR of the five trusted servants that are 
required to run ASP will be vacant.

Anne served as the acting Group Representative for 3 years and stepped 
down from that position as of 12/31/24. Steve is the acting Treasurer 
and is now the acting Group Representative as of 1/1/25. I am the acting 
Secretary. To apply for any of these positions, please send a resume to 
any one of the Steering Committee members or to the entire steering 
committee (steering_committee at asp-afg.org). If you are interested in any 
of these positions, please contact the steering committee - we can tell 
you what the job entails in more detail and answer any 
questions/concerns.

The Steering Committee also plans to send out an email to the recovery 
meeting in late January, per Motion 25, to ask for volunteers to serve 
in these positions. Our hope is that we have applicants for multiple 
positions to bring to the April Business Meeting, which will be my last 
as List Administrator and Acting Secretary.
