Linda,
Just to be clear what our options are, if we choose to make any changes, we can:
1. Delete the entire archive and stop archiving shares.
2. Delete the entire archive and start fresh with a new archive.
3. Stop archiving shares, which would not delete the existing archives.
There is not a mechanism to have archives and the delete them every 30 days.
