Hello all,

Thanks for moderating  this complicated discussion Anne. I have been in the
previous business meeting(s) discussing this topic and have attended many
BMs. Thanks to all attending this important meeting discussion. If it’s
your first BMI know it can be a bit tough to follow! 🙂

I believe the full open access of the archives breaks anonymity.

I suggest limiting access to SC members as is needed for administration. I
personally see no reason to keep archives dating back to 2005. 3-5 years
seems sufficient to me to review statistics and member shares.

I set up a separate email for this meeting as I too didn’t want an over
burdened email inbox. It’s on Gmail and my personal is in yahoo, keeps them
even more separate. As for topical review, there are daily readers and
other CAL.
