Hi business pals

All emails are archived and never really disappear anyways.

Once something hits tech, elec, it's forever.

Just watch any thriller or mystery!
A savvy tech person can uncover any.thing.

That being said,
Anyone who doesn't wish to be named or identified can
EASILY make a new, more anonymous email and not use a real name.

Pretty simple.

Make the email be under your dog or cat's name.

Anyone can be more anonymous if they want.

Just don't use your real name.

And
We're not really supposed to use names of family members and friends in Al-Anon.

I don't understand the issue of why archive or not.

I didn't vote because I didn't receive the voting email.

But tbh, i couldn't care less if things are archived or not.

It does seem kind of weird to keep 1000s of emails though.
Why?

Past is past.

The turnover in Al-Anon is high.

I suspect those old emails are rarely looked at.

And,

There's always new or repetitive esh that's current and I, for one,
don't have an extra minute to look at emails from folks I don't know and have no connection with.

Half the reason Al-Anon meetings are so effective for me, at least, is the connection and friendship and shared understanding, from folks who are here, now, today.

If I can still vote, please cast it as:
'Get rid of archives'
