Some have brought up concerns with their shares from many years ago still
being on the archives.

I would propose that we delete the existing archive after sending ample
notification to the recovery meeting.  Include a clear message to all
current ASP members explaining that their shares get archived and remind
them of the option to create an anonymous email under a pseudonym.  Then,
resume building the archive beginning on the day the old archives are
deleted.

Since the majority seem to feel this should not be accessible to all, then
I'm willing to go along with it being available to SC only. We have heard
from the current and recent LA as well as our founder that they use it to
do their jobs and would prefer to keep it.

Ample notice to the recovery meeting would also allow those who use the
archives to access shares (due to problems with email client) time to make
other arrangements.
