 Hi Margaret, If the archives were limited to the LA and SC, then I don't view them as anything other than a tool for their use in managing ASP. Just like they have access to the server with all the various settings that run the meeting, they have access to the website and can make changes there, etc. All of those are accessible by selected individuals - but those individuals were elected by the BM to do jobs that require access to those tools. The archives would just be another tool. At least that is how I see them in that case. Take what you like. Hugs, Lynne

If we are all equals and our leaders are but trusted servants that do not govern, how is it possible to justify an archive that is only  available to selected individuals?  Another troubling point is that even if a share is deemed inappropriate,  it still stays in the archive forever.  These are major stumbling blocks to me for keeping a permanent archive, especially if that archive is only available to a selected few.
