Hi ASP Bus Meeting Members,

 

The discussion re: Motion #28 is now closed.  The poll to approve Motion 28
is now posted to the ASP website.

Motion 28 reads as follows:

 

I move that we take the following actions

 

*       The ASP server maintains an archive of all shares in our recovery

meeting.

 

*       Members will not have access to the recovery meeting archives.

 

*       The Founders and current List Administrator and other active members

of the Steering Committee will have access to the recovery meeting archives
for their assigned administrative duties and business purposes.

 

 

There are 23 members of this business meeting.  A 2/3 majority is needed for
the motion to pass - therefore at least 15 people must vote FOR the motion.

 

Please vote - NOT voting is the same as a NO vote.

 

Voting will close on Monday July 28th at 9 pm eastern time.
