Thanks Steve for giving all these details about the nuts and bolts of the
financial process.  Thank you Anne for all your hard work and thank you
Sheila for stepping up to serve as ASP's treasurer.

I appreciate the point that passing the basket twice a month can be
helpful.

Question: how much does the bank charge for a daily balance falling under
$2000/month?   If I'm understanding correctly, adjusting our prudent
reserve to cover the now higher annual expenses of ASP would bring it from
$1600 to $1780.  If the monthly bank account charge is $20 or more, then
increasing the prudent reserve account to $2000 would be better financially
for ASP because ASP would keep the money instead of giving it to the bank.
