I've been reading all the information and thoughtful considerations 
regarding our financial situation, and I keep hearing "If we build it, 
they will come". I'm not sure it's that simple though.

It seems obvious to me that we need to do a better job of passing the 
basket - it makes a difference. I can see the deposit notifications come 
through and it is clear that people give when we ask. Twice a month 
seems quite reasonable to me.

In my opinion, increasing the prudent reserve is the responsible thing 
to do. I am confident that if we are diligent about passing the basket, 
the $400 increase will be raised before we know it and our group will 
continue to thrive.
