I was part of the group conscience at the business meeting where it was
decided our prudent reserve would be set at one year's expenses.  I have
learned nothing here to change my thinking on that decision at this time.

  I don't believe that once a group conscience is taken, it should be
arbitrarily be changed without further discussion and new group conscience.
