Greetings and Happy New Year!

This is the ASP List Administrator quarterly report for October 2025 
through December 2025.

As of December 31, 2025 our membership count stands at 298 which is two 
more from the last quarter and the same number as of June 23, 2025. We 
gain a few and drop a few every quarter, but overall, the membership 
numbers remain steady.

The average daily share numbers, on the other hand, have been trending 
down. Here are daily share averages from the last couple of quarters for 
comparison:

Apr-Jun 2025: 38

Jul-Sep 2025: 34.5

Oct-Dec 2025: 32

I don't have a solid answer as to why this is, but I can speculate that 
we may have had a couple of active members leave the group or possibly 
passed away. December shares were better than November (974 vs. 966), so 
perhaps that's a good sign that activity will be picking up.

In other news, last quarter I reported some issues we were having with 
popular email services (namely Microsoft and Gmail) changing their 
internal protocols, causing some of our members to be put on "hold" and 
not receive ASP meeting emails. I'm happy to report that these issues 
have seemingly passed. We have not had trouble with this for quite some 
time now. Yay!
