Thanks Ren for the interaction, and Usha for your kind words!

Ren - I think your idea of helping people understand their email is very
thoughtful, however, not feasible. It would require the list
administrator to be/become an expert in how several email services work
and then be able to plain talk them for others. They would also have to
be responsible for updating information as it changes. Each member
should be responsible for knowing their own email system in my opinion.
Though-- I am happy to help point people to answers should they need
assistance.

Since we are volunteers and not paid staff, I don't think it's fair to
ask anything additional from our elected trustees. I welcome further
discussion.
