Since ASP is incorporated in Washington state, we are required to file an
annual report with the Washington Secretary of State. The $20 charge is the
annual filing fee for that report.

Hi Business Friends,

Regarding the Treasurer's Report, Sheila, I'm curious as to the $20 to WA
Secretary of State?  It may have always been there,  but I've never noticed
it before.
Living in Washington where anything and everything is taxed, I couldn't help
but notice no other state mentioned.
