I would like to make a motion that we DO NO USE FUNDS OVER OUR PRUDENT RESERVE, to fund or mail any Conference approved literature to any members of ASP. 
 
Keep in mind that if this passes it would not mean that we could not still do this on a monthly basis from our regular funds. 
 
I wrote this motion out again because it was not clearly seen im my last email to the group.
