Do we have a motion on the floor?  If so should we vote on it?  if not, may 
I suggest a motion.

Considering that the remaining items discuss sending a representative to the 
International, can we assume that that would be an expense that would be 
facted in.  Excess of Prudent reserve would be after that expense it met. (I 
believe excess of prudent reserve would be after literature if we decided to 
do that also.)

If so my suggested motion would be to donate 80% of monies above prudent 
reserver to OLA and 20% of monies above prudent reserve to the WSO.
