[Businessmtg] Point of clarification please

Hi everyone!
 
One of our trusted servants outlined three items that we are supposed  to be 
focused on for business meeting item #2; however, I'm confused and need  
clarification.  Isn't item #3 about sending people to international  conferences?  
If that is the case, shouldn't this  item NOT be part of the item #2  
discussion?  Exactly how is item#2 stated?  Please remind  us.
 
Also, using the model we are currently using to discuss matters, aren't our  
trusted servants to act as 'facilitators' of the discussion rather  than 
'persuaders' refuting other members' opinions?  I'm  feeling uncomfortable and 
pressured to agree with the trusted servants'  'expert' opinions and would like to 
hear from all the members of this business  meeting rather than having each 
point argued against.  I'm trying to learn  here and would appreciate 
clarification about the model we are using.
