Excuse me, but I think it is appropriate to remind everyone that we are
following the KBDM process. That means that we continue discussion until
there seems to be some clarity regarding the consensus of the group.  Until
then, no motions are made or appropriate.

If the situation warrants it, the chair of the meeting may revert the
meeting to the old-style Robert's Rules of Order process.  Since that hasn't
happened, I don't believe that a motion of any kind is appropriate.
