Thanks Steve for helping to clarify this matter.

For those who are not familiar with the KBDM process, please visit the 
Members website, Business Meeting pages in order to read it.  The link for 
the Business Meeting page can be found at the bottom of this email and any 
other emails sent to the Business Meeting.

I would also like to suggest that those who are not clear about OLA go back 
and read the information provided about them.  OLA is NOT an outside 
entity....if that were true then WSO would be remiss in accepting donations 
from them.
