[Businessmtg] business meetings item #2 - OLA and ASP as outside entities?

Isn't it true that ASP is registered with WSO and has a registration  number 
assigned by WSO?  Therefore, I think that whether ASP is an  outside entity is 
not or would not be a point of discussion.  Do I have  this information 
right?  Just trying to stay focused here...
