I mis-read the current topic #2 and was thinking that we were discussing
what to do with our money, instead of what to do with the excess over the
prudent reserve.  Would you believe I was just trying to make sure y'all
knew I wasn't quite perfect?

Soooo, I've saved my comments on the further discussion of the International
for when it comes up on the agenda.  

My sincere apologies for screwing things up when I was trying to unscrew
them.
