Whatever happened to "Keep it Simple" ?  I am overwhelmed by all the dicussion of #3 when the discussion is about topic #2!!!  Right now, I cannot second any motion because I am too confused!  As I understand it we are discussing the following:

2.   What do we do with the monies over and above the Prudent Reserve?
