Group & Dawn,
Thank you Dawn for the clairity on who is running the meeting. I am sorry my motion was out of order.
I noticed that another motion was put forward by Bob, does this mean that his motion is also out of order? Seems that maybe I am not the only one confused about when to make a motion, which sure makes me feel a little less stupid.
How do we know when everyone has had a chance to share? I don't think we were given a list of names of everyone in this business meeting so how can we possible know if everyone has shared? I am not trying to stir a pot Dawn, I would just like clairity on how we can determine when the discussion on an agenda topic is over so we can put forth a motion. Waiting until there are no more emails on the topic...would that mean waiting one day without discussion or a week or how long????
I would welcome an email from anyone else in the group, who understands this, who might be able to explain this to me. I don't want to keep bothering the group with this.
Thanks,
Emee
