[Businessmtg] Adjourning the meeting for the month

Hello Everyone,

Thank you Steve for the gentle reminder that the Business meeting was set up to run on alternating months.  I apologize for not paying closer attention to the calendar and adhering to the schedule that was designed for the Business Meeting.  The meeting should have adjourned on January 31st.

I appreciate everyone's input in the lively and at times confusing discussions that we have had regarding Agenda Item #2.  This has been a learning process for me and hopefully for each of you as well.  We are forging new ground here people, take pride in being pioneers!

I realize that we are in the middle of a discussion regarding "What do we do with monies over the Prudent Reserve" and again, I apologize for not paying closer mind to the calendar when we started this discussion.

At this time I would like to adjourn the Business Meeting for the remainder of the month.  This will give us all time to think about all that we have learned through our sharing of knowledge.  It will give us all time to spend in our real lives.  And it will also give the Trusted Servants the time to take a break from double ASP duties (in the recovery meeting and the business meeting) and spend some time in their real lives as well.

Lastly, it will give me time to go through all that has been discussed and look at the agenda and make any adjustments that may be required. 

Again, thank you all for your participation and for your patience as we all learn to operate within this structure.  

I would like to call for a motion that we adjourn the Business Meeting and reconvene on March 1, 2008.  

If the motion is made and seconded, then we will take a quick vote and adjourn for the rest of February.
