Hello Everyone,

I would like to take this time to welcome each of you to the ASP Business Meeting.  This is our first meeting on our server site and I appreciate the patience you all have had as I worked with our Web Master, Anne, to get it up and running and the website updated as well.

Our Business Meeting membership is comprised of the Steering Committee which includes the List Administrator, Greeter Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer and Web master, and the members of the recovery meeting who chose to subscribe to the Business Meeting.  In total we have 19  members partaking in the Business Meeting.

As a reminder:

The Business Meeting is now closed to new members.  

Please keep all discussions focused on the topics of the agenda.

Please use a clean email rather than clicking "reply all" or including someone else's share in your share.

We will discuss only the topics on the agenda.  If you have items that you would like added to a future agenda, please email me directly.  Do NOT send them to the Business Meeting.

We have previously agreed to you the KBDM process on a trial basis.  While we have some basic information on it, which is posted on the Business Page of our website (please review it  at your convenience), I am still waiting for further information about this process from WSO (who I have contacted three times since October 2007 and received no response as of yet).  I tell you this to give you all a heads up that we me switch back to the more traditional style based loosely on Roberts Rules of Order.

Remember, that the Business Meeting is the ONLY place we discuss business.  If you choose to take the Business Meeting back into the recovery meeting, you will be placed on moderated status until you can abide by the rules laid out.  

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me directly so we can keep the Business Meeting uncluttered by emails that do not pertain to the agenda.
