Hello Everyone,

Our Agenda for this Business Meeting is to discuss the Prudent Reserve for ASP.  Following is the order that this discussion will hopefully take place in.  Please have patience as we go through this process as it does not flow like a f2f business meeting due to time zones and so on.  

1.  Determine the Prudent Reserve for A Serenity Place [ASP]

2.   What do we do with the monies over and above the Prudent Reserve? 

3.  Do we send representatives to the International Al-Anon conference in Pittsburgh this year or the AA international conference in 2010?

4.  If we decide to send representatives, who should go/how many should go?

5.  If we decide to send representatives, does ASP pay all of or a portion of the representative's expenses?
