Hello Everyone,  

Our present Prudent reserve is one year's expenses (in USD).  

Our current expenses are:

* Dedicated server - $99.00 per month (the server houses all our Mailing Lists and our web site.  There was a one time set up fee of $99.00)

* Domain Registration - $20.00 per year or $45.00 for 3 years (we are paid up until 2009)

* Post Office box: $47.00 per year

* Bank account: at present there are no fees or regular monthly charges.

Additional occasional expenses are:

* Internet access - extraordinary Internet access costs for LS when traveling
* Long distance telephone calls 
* Postage for correspondence with WSO, bank, between SC members
