How often is the server fee paid?  Monthly or yearly ?
The hosting costs to me seem a bit high, but I also understand this might be 
in the interest of Keeping it Simple :)

Godaddy pricing is $10 / yr for a .org domain.  Again I understand going w/ 
a known entity and just renewing there.  (part of my personaly inventory is 
being too frugal and not seeing the big picture)

If the fees are yearly I think 1 year is a prudent reserve.  If not I think 
6 months could be prudent.  Just a thought.

My f2f usually only hold 3 months rent, but I think the thing we have online 
is, we lose the services, we lose the meeting, where at a f2f we could 
always find a place more readily to hold a meeting.  So I very much get 
having a longer term reserve.
