In answer to Bob's questions:

1.  The server fee is paid monthly.  It is $99.00 a month for a dedicated 
server.

In explanation, a dedicated server means that only ASP is housed on it.  Our 
meeting list is too large to share a server with another organization.  I 
spent several weeks investigating several options for our needs at ASP and 
Esosoft (who we rent from) was the best price and best features for the 
money to be laid out.  Our website is also housed on our dedicated server. 
I might add that the Tech support at Esosoft is incredible as well.

We also get our domain from them as well and they set us up and keep us 
running and will not give our domain name away when our time runs out 
without working with us to keep it well in advance of the expiry date.  We 
paid $45.00 for three years, a saving of $15.00 over the yearly fee of 
$20.00
