Hello Everyone,

It seems that our discussion regarding ASP's prudent reserve has reached its conclusion with very little disagreement.  

We will now be open to a motion regarding the prudent reserve.  At this time I would like to request that someone make a motion regarding ASP maintaining an ample prudent reserve.  

Once a motion is made, would someone please second it.

After we get a motion and a second I will have Anne set us up a voting poll on our server.
