I found this online meeting via the OLA.  I found the OLA via another online 
group I'm a member of.

That online group performed a quarterly appeal paypal drive and donated the 
funds from that group.  They were accepted.

Using the logic that OLA is recognized because their donations are accepted, 
I believe that a group such as ASP is recognized as well, even if the 
service we receive is less than stellar.
