  I wanted this to be a separate and clean email so that people can refer back to the agenda as needed.
   
  During the meeting in January we closed while in the middle of discussing was what to do with monies over the prudent reserve.  It seemed pretty obvious in retrospect that we have answered that topic by narrowing it down to more specific and easier to address topics.  
   
  1.  What should we do with monies over and above our Prudent Reserve?
   
      a) Do we provide a newcomers packet to those who are new to Al-Anon and ASP, this includes purchasing newcomers packages and mailing them out? 
   
      b)  Do we send a representative to the Al-Anon Conference in Pittsburgh?  
   
      c)  If we do decide to send someone to the Conference, do we offer a scholarship to help to offset the costs of going to the Conference to someone?
   
      d)  What levels of Al-Anon do we disburse monies to?  We have two options at this point...OLA-OC and WSO.
   
  So the business meeting is now open and we will be addressing:
